    Ben represents clients in the disposition and acquisition of multifamily apartment investments in the Midwest United States with a primary focus in the State of Ohio. During the past fourteen years Ben has been a multifamily industry leader recognized by various real estate associations for his representation and counsel of a wide variety of institutions, private entities, lenders, hedge funds, private equity funds and REITS. Ben has closed over 200 multifamily transactions on behalf of private investors, REITs and lenders.

    Ben received his Bachelor of Arts from Purdue University and his Juris Doctorate from the University of Toledo College of Law.
